I understand various approaches to assessing student learning :

I have used both informal and formal assessment tools to monitor student learning, in formative and summative processes.

I provide feedback to learners about their learning:

Providing effective feedback is a high priority for me as there is little point in an activity if there is not meaningful, timely feedback given. 

 

I interpret student assessment data and modify teaching practice:

I use a variety of assessment to inform my teaching practice, including exit tickets, & analysis of rubric criteria
