Kylie Armstrong
I use a wide variety of ICT applications in my teaching practice. I use Kahoot and quizlet to provide students with revision opportunities, collaborative learning experiences and to maintain engagement. I use online resources such as youtube clips for 'flipped classroom' preparation for lessons and to provide my learners with content that meets them at their point of need.
I have had my year 11 Psychology students record video summaries of their student-led investigation which they posted in the Google classroom space. We then viewed these prior to conducting a 'professional forum' discussing the findings of each investigation. I am still learning to use all the data collection capabilities of Kahoot and Quizlet

This is a snapshot of my quizlet list. I use these in various ways in class: as a quick break in a long lesson, as structured revision, to promote collaboration through the team function where students are grouped inteams and must decide who in their team has the right answer to the question.
